3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Gifts and gift cards

All gifts and gift cards purchased through Surprisely are subject to the terms of the issuing brand or partner. Refunds, expirations, and redemption limits may vary by product.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, sending spam, or uploading harmful content.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on Surprisely is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we believe is harmful to other users.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surprisely is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
