Delete your account
Surprisely lets you request permanent account deletion from inside the mobile app. After you confirm, a 3-month countdown starts. When that period ends, your account and related data are permanently deleted. You can cancel the request anytime before the scheduled date.
How to delete your account in the Surprisely app
- Open the Surprisely app on your phone.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings (from your profile or the settings menu).
- Under Privacy & Security, tap Delete Account.
- Read the list of data that will be deleted.
- Optionally enter a reason, then check the confirmation box that you understand deletion becomes permanent after 3 months.
- Tap Delete account and confirm again in the dialog. This starts the countdown.
What will be deleted
- Your profile information (name, photo, bio, and personal details)
- Your Surprisely account login and authentication access
- Chat conversations and messages
- Posts, comments, statuses, and social activity
- Gift history, e-cards sent and received
- Orders and marketplace seller data linked to your account
- Notifications, device tokens, and app preferences
- Follows, friends connections, and related social links
3-month countdown & cancellation
When you confirm deletion in the app, Surprisely schedules permanent deletion for 3 months later. Until that date, your account stays available so you can change your mind.
To cancel a pending deletion:
- Open Surprisely and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Tap Cancel deletion and confirm.
After the scheduled date, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
